Oakley Concrete is not responsible for damage resulting from: customer failure to follow post-installation care instructions, soil or subsurface conditions not disclosed prior to work, acts of nature, third-party interference, or modifications made by the customer or others after project completion.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Oakley Concrete shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to services provided or this Site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
In no event shall Oakley Concrete's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to a project exceed the total amount paid by you for that specific project.
